Job Title: Centre Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a thriving school. The role will involve covering for the head of school when needed.

The school supports students with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) to ensure they excel within education, achieving their very best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall management of the school's centre, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise centre staff, including administrative personnel, receptionists, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with academic staff and department heads to support the implementation of educational programs and initiatives.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the school community, promoting teamwork, respect, and mutual support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in school administration, centre management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Sound knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Commitment to the school's mission and values, with a passion for education and student welfare.
