Factory Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Operations Manager to join our team at Barfoots. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective running of complex production lines, ensuring high-quality products, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, reporting any risks or incidents to the Cell Leader.
- Provide training and development opportunities for production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Operate and maintain production machinery, conducting basic maintenance tasks as required.
- Manage production schedules, ensuring timely and efficient production of products.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a factory operations or production management role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
