About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation and Cleaning Shift Manager to join our team at Butlins. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our cleaning services and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the cleaning operations during your shift, ensuring strict adherence to our quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks and lead feedback discussions to drive improvements in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Oversee the implementation of our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach, ensuring that all team members are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage the impact on our profit and loss statement, effectively executing our Right People, Right Place, Right Time (RPRRT) strategy.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve guest satisfaction and reduce complaints, working closely with our guest services team.
  • Manage the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they receive the necessary support and development to succeed in their roles.
  • Set clear objectives and performance development plans for your team, supporting their growth and development.
About You

You will have a proven track record of managing cleaning operations, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
