About The Role

**Reporting to the Accommodation Productivity Manager**

You will assist with the end-to-end planning of our accommodation availability and cleaning, ensuring all room bookings are allocated on time and accurately, adhering to notes and paid for upgrades.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Understand the forecast of room bookings by type and ensure all room bookings are allocated accordingly.
  • Communicate directly with Accommodation & Guest Services Team Members to ensure the Resort understands the status of rooms ready for check-in.
  • Process requests for Entertainment/Internal or External Visitors, ensuring a fully audited process for zero-cost bookings is adhered to at all times.
  • Work alongside Accommodation and Facilities teams to plan for refurbishment works in accommodation units.

**Requirements**

  • A warm, friendly manner and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Organizational and methodical planning skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
