About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Accommodation Team as an Allocations Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the end-to-end planning of accommodation availability and cleaning
  • Understand the forecast of room bookings by type and ensure all room bookings are allocated on time and accurately
  • Maintain a level of service recovery rooms to ensure Resort teams have backup rooms available when problems arise
  • Work to the required number of rooms on sale
  • Communicate directly with Accommodation & Guest Services Team Members to ensure Resort understands the status of rooms ready for check-in
  • Follow documented standard operating procedures when processing requests for Entertainment/Internal or External Visitors
  • Communicate with key room team effectively and in a timely manner any changes or amendments to allocations
  • Ensure all booked add-ons and special requests are identified and planned for accordingly
About You

We are looking for a warm and friendly individual who is able to work well in a team environment. You should be able to communicate effectively, work under pressure, and have a methodical approach to planning and organization. If you are a team player who is able to adapt to new situations and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
