About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accommodation Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation availability and cleaning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the forecast of room bookings by type and allocate rooms accordingly.
  • Ensure all room bookings are allocated on time and accurately, adhering to notes and paid for upgrades.
  • Maintain a level of service recovery rooms to ensure Resort teams have backup rooms available when problems arise.
  • Work to the required number of rooms on sale.
  • Communicate directly with Accommodation & Guest Services Team Members to ensure the Resort understands the status of rooms ready for check-in.
  • Follow documented standard operating procedures when processing requests for Entertainment/Internal or External Visitors.
  • Communicate effectively with key room teams and ensure all booked add-ons and special requests are identified and planned for accordingly.

About You

We are looking for a warm and friendly individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to communicate effectively, work under pressure, and hold an analytical mind. You should also be able to adapt to new situations and resolve problems in a timely manner.
