Accommodation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Accommodation Team as an Allocations Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation availability and cleaning processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the end-to-end planning of accommodation availability and cleaning, ensuring all room bookings are allocated on time and accurately.
- Understand the forecast of room bookings by type and maintain a level of service recovery rooms to ensure Resort teams have backup rooms available when problems arise.
- Communicate directly with Accommodation & Guest Services Team Members to ensure the Resort understands the status of rooms ready for check-in.
- Process requests for Entertainment/Internal or External Visitors, ensuring a fully audited process for zero-cost bookings is adhered to at all times.
- Work alongside Accommodation and Facilities teams to plan for refurbishment works in accommodation units.
