Systems Administrator

Capital Compactors Ltd is a leading manufacturer of compactors and balers in the UK. We are an expanding business and undertake all administration from our busy HQ based in West Sussex.
We are seeking a system coordinator to join our team in Bognor Regis.
**Responsibilities in this role are to include, but are not limited to**
- Manage and administer existing systems as well as proposing design improvements and making recommendations and implementations to achieve best practices.
- Monitor and maintain all existing systems and ensuring the date is up to date
- Data entry
- Speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone to resolve queries.
- Building strong product knowledge and using this expertise to understand customer needs.
- Providing a high level of service to customers through understanding their requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders, and providing expert advice
- Any other duties in line with business and departmental needs
**Key Competencies**:
- Excellent IT skills (Previous experience of CRM program an advantage)
- Strong personality, outgoing, confident person required who can work well in a busy office.
- Always provide customer 1st approach.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and potential customers
- Proactive with the ability to multi-task & remain calm in difficult or pressurised situations
- Good administrative and organisational skills with the focus on attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
