Bid Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Administrator to join our team at OCS Group. As a key member of our bid team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation and submission of high-quality bid documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a central mailbox, including basic tender management duties.
- Monitor new business opportunities and forward relevant opportunities to the appropriate business development teams.
- Take ownership of the PQQ / RFI process, including downloading, collating, preparing, completing, and submitting associated documents ahead of deadlines.
- Proof-read materials to ensure accuracy, grammar, and spelling.
- Ensure all proposals are formatted correctly to comply with company brand guidelines and meet customer requirements.
- Develop a deep knowledge of the OCS group and build relationships with business leaders to facilitate bidding.
- Research potential clients and develop an understanding of their requirements.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
- Excellent written communication skills, specifically the use of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and vocabulary.
- An exceptional administrator with high standards and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience gained within a sales or marketing environment would be advantageous.
