Bid Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bid Administrator. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a central mailbox and perform basic tender management duties
- Monitor new business opportunities and forward relevant information to the appropriate teams
- Take ownership of the PQQ/RFI process, including downloading, collating, and submitting associated documents
- Proofread materials to ensure accuracy and quality
- Format proposals to comply with company guidelines and customer requirements
- Ensure that our in-house bid process is understood and implemented
- Provide administrative support to Client Solutions and business development teams
- Develop a deep knowledge of the OCS Group and build relationships with business leaders
- Research potential clients and develop an understanding of their requirements
- Create written content that is persuasive and informative
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- Graduate or equivalent, with excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a sales or marketing environment is advantageous
- You will have impeccable time management skills and be able to prioritize a complex workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
