About the RoleAs a Sales & Bid Content Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Bid Management Community, Sales Enablement Team, Strategic Global Account Directors & Managers for Strategic Global Accounts (SGA's), and Global and Regional Marketing Teams.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery and management of high-quality, relevant and tailored content for sales meetings, bids and tenders, contributing to the overall success of our sales and bid management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop content for sales meetings, bids and tenders for strategic global accounts (SGA's), ensuring consistency, accuracy, and excellence.
- Maintain and optimize our content management system, Qvidian, to support our global bid initiatives.
- Gather a broad range of often technical information from internal sources and distil it into simple, concise and engaging content.
- Create compelling and persuasive content that effectively communicates our value proposition and service offerings.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across different functions, regions and seniority to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of bid content, making recommendations for improvements and implementing changes as needed.
- Fluent in written English with a strong grasp of grammar and ability to distil a large volume of information into meaningful, user-friendly content.
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, such as Communications, Marketing, or Business.
- Proven experience in content writing and proofreading, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy while managing large volumes of content.
- Strong understanding of bid and tender processes and requirements with prior experience of writing/reviewing technical documents.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software tools.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales & Bid Content Coordinator to join our team.

They will be able to distil complex information into simple, concise and engaging content, and have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The candidate will also be proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
