About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bid Administrator. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a central mailbox and perform basic tender management duties
  • Monitor new business opportunities and forward relevant information to the appropriate teams
  • Take ownership of the PQQ/RFI process, including downloading, collating, and submitting associated documents
  • Proofread materials to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Format proposals to comply with company guidelines and customer requirements
  • Ensure that our in-house bid process is understood and implemented
  • Provide administrative support to Client Solutions and business development teams
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the OCS Group and build relationships with business leaders
  • Research potential clients and develop an understanding of their requirements
  • Create written content that is persuasive and informative
About You
  • You must have the right to work in the UK
  • Graduate or equivalent, with excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a sales or marketing environment is advantageous
  • You will have impeccable time management skills and be able to prioritize a complex workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • You will be proactive, hardworking, and flexible when approaching challenging deadlines
