Position Overview

This is a fixed-term position, aimed at providing support until the end of 2024 or as a maternity cover. We prioritize a positive experience for our current employees and are looking for the right candidate to join our team.

This role is fundamentally analytical, focusing on extracting critical business insights and crafting engaging narratives while fostering robust relationships. Situated within a central team, this position provides essential support to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the Commercial Leadership Team (LT).

Role Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a vital role in assisting the sales team by performing research, analyzing data, and managing various programs and processes to help Colt achieve its sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive data management and analysis to equip the Sales team with insights aimed at enhancing performance through trend and customer behavior analysis.
  • Leveraging insights derived from data to develop and refine tools and processes, such as generating reports and dashboards that present key performance metrics.
  • Regularly assessing processes to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Producing sales reports and insights tailored for diverse audiences (Sales team, Senior Leadership), ensuring timely access to relevant data.
  • Collaborating with Core Sales and Sales Solutions teams to ensure they are well-versed in utilizing tools, practices, and processes to achieve their specific objectives.

Educational Background
