We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategy and Planning Analyst to join our Strategy and Planning team, part of our broader Sales Operations function. This role will act as a business partner to our Senior Sales Leaders, driving strategic initiatives to help our Sales organization grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the analytical rhythm of our business, including quarterly business reviews and organizational deep dives
- Partner with Senior Sales leadership to drive market and segment-specific analyses to uncover valuable insights
- Become an expert in business and compensation rules to fully understand how Sales operates
- Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test the effectiveness of various sales roles and compensation plans
- Participate in quarterly and annual business planning for the Sales teams
- Collaborate with various business units to drive productivity and headcount scenario analyses
- Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
- 5+ years of work experience in either Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics
- Effective communicator who can break down complex technical concepts into simple business vernacular
- Ability to write SQL queries to extract data needed for analysis
- Experience with at least one major business intelligence tool (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker)
- Familiarity with databases and the differences between relational and non-relational databases
- Ability to navigate Salesforce with relative ease
