Position Overview: We are seeking Sales Operations Associate Analysts to bolster a team of specialists dedicated to assisting Canonical's sales divisions in achieving their objectives. The Sales Operations team is committed to ongoing enhancements in processes and data integrity to guarantee accurate order processing. The ideal candidate will exhibit a collaborative spirit and take the initiative to refine team operations while ensuring compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the global sales function.
  • Verify the accuracy of opportunities and facilitate order processing upon successful deal closure.
  • Support Sales Operations Analysts and Managers in reporting and enhancing sales data quality and processes.
  • Provide assistance to the global sales team regarding CRM and other sales operations systems.
  • Generate sales metrics, dashboards, and perform various analytical tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to the automation and optimization of the Lead to Order process.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding academic performance from both high school and university.
  • Experience in an entry-level position within sales operations or a related field (e.g., financial analysis, sales analysis, or sales order processing), preferably in the technology sector.
  • Dynamic, thoughtful, and systematic approach focused on delivering robust, repeatable, and scalable results.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels on a global scale.
  • Proficient in cross-team communication.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.
