Position Overview

This is a temporary role aimed at supporting our sales operations until the end of 2024. We prioritize creating a positive work environment for our current employees and are looking for a candidate to join our team promptly.

This role is heavily focused on data analysis and aims to extract critical business insights while fostering robust relationships. Situated within a central team, this position provides essential support to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the Commercial Leadership Team (LT).

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a vital role in assisting the sales team by performing research, analyzing data, and managing various initiatives and processes to help Colt achieve its sales objectives.

Core Duties Include:

  • Executing data management and analysis to furnish the Sales team with insights that enhance performance through trend and customer behavior analysis.
  • Leveraging insights derived from data to develop and refine tools and processes, such as generating reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators.
  • Regularly assessing processes to guarantee operational efficiency.
  • Producing sales reports and insights for diverse audiences (Sales team, Senior Leadership), ensuring timely access to pertinent data.
  • Collaborating with Core Sales and Sales Solutions teams to ensure they are equipped to utilize tools, practices, and processes effectively to meet their specific objectives.
