About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Acord (Association For Cooperative Operations Research And Development). As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of business strategies and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for the core FX Connect/MTF trading platform and product data, providing in-depth knowledge and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis for the product's regulatory, business, and data needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Documentation and Communication: Document new product features, release notes, and user guides for both internal and external clients, effectively communicating complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with the UK regulatory team to satisfy all existing and upcoming regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate relationships with key internal stakeholders and business partners, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes.
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee assignments for the MTF and Data Hub products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Technology Partnership: Partner with technology teams to ensure high-quality and timely software delivery, driving innovation and business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the financial services space, with a strong understanding of business operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge: Subject matter knowledge in foreign exchange and related markets is a plus, as is experience working in a high-performing fast-paced environment.
