Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst who shares our vision of enabling seamless financial transactions across borders. This role involves collaborating with operational teams to leverage data-driven insights that will enhance our rapidly expanding product offerings.

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will spearhead analytical initiatives within our operations teams, which encompass customer support, fraud prevention, and identity verification processes at scale.

Your collaboration with operational leaders, product managers, designers, and engineers will be crucial in translating your analytical insights into tangible improvements for our customers, thereby advancing our mission.

Your responsibilities will include:

Capacity Planning and Forecasting. Develop and refine analytical models for strategic capacity planning, taking ownership of forecasting efforts to align with business growth and operational needs. Predictive Modeling and Data Management. Manage data pipelines and create robust models to ensure operational efficiency and excellence. Operational Analysis and Strategic Support. Deliver critical insights to evaluate the operational performance of the KYC function, perform comprehensive cost analyses, and assess operational metrics to gauge their impact on customer experiences. Performance Monitoring and Optimization. Track the performance of key strategic initiatives, identifying optimization opportunities to improve operational outcomes. KPI Development and Implementation. Lead the establishment of the operations KPI framework and target-setting processes, integrating these into reporting pipelines and strategic operations. Stakeholder Engagement and Process Improvement. Work closely with various stakeholders to standardize processes across forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations, fostering continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

Candidate Profile

Ideal qualifications include:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics. A background in operational analytics, including capacity planning, forecasting, efficiency analysis, and experimentation. Proficiency in building data pipelines. Advanced skills in SQL. Strong capabilities in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) and the ability to convey insights through data storytelling. A self-motivated individual who thrives in empowered team environments.

Additional skills that are advantageous (but not mandatory):

Previous experience in operational domains. Familiarity with Workforce Management teams or systems.
