Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality mental health services to patients in primary care settings.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of mental health conditions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community resources.
Requirements:
- Core qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy with current registration.
- At least 2 years of experience in statutory Mental Health Services in the community.
- At least 1 year of experience at Band 6 level (or equivalent).
