This position will focus on ensuring that patient documentation is meticulously prepared for clinics, processing new patient registrations, and scheduling appointments in accordance with established national and local objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities will encompass reception tasks, maintaining filing systems, managing health records, archiving, and providing support across all areas of Patient Services as required.

Job Duties

Essential

Strong general education background Level 3 NVQ qualification Proficient keyboard skills

Desirable

Formal qualification in keyboard skills Relevant customer service qualification IT-related qualifications Educated to GCSE/GCE level

Experience and Knowledge

Experience in customer service and interacting with individuals Experience requiring a systematic and organized approach Background in patient administration
