Imaging Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused administrator to join our Imaging Team as an Imaging Administrator. This role is ideal for a process-driven individual who can prioritize their workload and provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and manage the day-to-day booking of Radiology patient appointments, effectively utilizing clinic sessions.
- Provide efficient and effective back office telephone and email administration services in a prompt and professional manner.
- Monitor the NHS email for urgent referrals.
- Welcome patients, visitors, consultants, and staff to the Radiology department and provide direction to other hospital departments when required.
- Scan referrals and relevant paperwork onto the Patient Administration System (PAS) in a timely manner.
- Good level of general education, including grade 4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Experience within a similar, customer-focused administrative role.
- Good IT skills, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
