As an Assistant Hotel Manager at Travelodge Hotels, you would be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating the hotel teams to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and revenue increase through effective marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ensure that all hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to create personal development plans for team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Maximize food and beverage sales by cross-selling and upselling, and ensure that all food and beverage services meet the company's brand standards.
  • Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, using company best practices.
  • Additional responsibilities include rota management, banking, and health and safety.

You are a friendly, engaging, and welcoming individual who has previously led a team in a service-led customer-facing industry. Food and beverage experience would be advantageous if applying for a Bar Cafe hotel. You are also results-focused and enjoy working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecard targets to ensure your hotel provides a stay that customers can trust.
