Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of our guests, responding promptly to any incidents or concerns.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Hotel Operations: Assist with the smooth operation of the hotel, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
