We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Nights Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn Ramsgate. As a key member of our overnight team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of our guests, responding promptly to any incidents or concerns.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Hotel Operations: Assist with the smooth operation of the hotel, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
