Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stock Replenishment Specialist to join our team at Guidant Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient replenishment of stock within our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Replenishment: Move and replenish stock within the store, including heavy lifting and handling of alcohol.
  • Quality Control: Check best before and expiry dates to ensure the quality of our products.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain the appearance of display units and shelving to ensure a neat and presentable store environment.
  • Housekeeping: Perform housekeeping activities to maintain a tidy and organized work area.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
  • Stock Handling: Handle stock with care to maintain quality and ensure it reaches customers in the best condition.
  • Store Preparation: Ensure the store is ready for customers' arrival by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively within a team and communicate openly with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism by being on time, well-presented, and representing the company in a positive manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in supermarket retail, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy stock.
  • Photo ID required.
