  • Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management Oversight:

  • Become proficient in the inventory management system.
  • Oversee the inventory management system, including tracking inventory movements.
  • Manage the shipping and receiving processes of products.
  • Generate purchase orders.
  • Administer CRM product information, ensuring updates as necessary.
  • Coordinate parcel deliveries and accept incoming shipments.
  • Maintain project information on the inventory management system.
  • Facilitate stock transfers and repairs.
  • Assist with inventory audits as needed.

Daily Office Administration:

  • Ensure the showroom operates smoothly.
  • Keep the refreshment area stocked.
  • Maintain the showroom for client tours at all times.
  • Arrange necessary maintenance services.
  • Support the sales team with scheduling meetings.
  • Order cleaning supplies and manage office maintenance.
  • Assist with human resources documentation.
  • Address other miscellaneous requests.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a small business setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Autotask is advantageous.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility for meeting deadlines.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Working Hours: 8am-4pm/9am-5pm
