Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Facilities Manager to join our team at Office Angels. As a Retail Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 staff members and ensuring the smooth running of the facilities management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the facilities management system, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise and train a team of 3 staff members to deliver exceptional results and meet the needs of the business.
  • Raise quotes for various facilities projects, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
  • Arrange permits for accessing shopping centers, ensuring all necessary protocols are followed.
  • Create monthly schedules for in-house engineers, ensuring all tasks are completed and deadlines are met.
  • Run reports to keep stakeholders informed, providing regular updates on the status of facilities projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in a retail facilities management role.
  • Strong background in retail facilities management, with a solid understanding of facilities management systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of staff members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
