Key Responsibilities- Facilities Coordination: You will be the first point of contact for all store maintenance and Health & Safety queries, monitoring email inboxes regularly and logging all requests.
- Maintenance Scheduling: You will create purchase orders and escalate requests to the Retail Facilities Manager as needed.
- Financial Management: You will process invoices and liaise with the finance team for payments.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: You will monitor maintenance spends and understand budgeting and cost control.
- Supplier Management: You will set up new suppliers with our finance team and on Maintain X.
