Job Title: Facilities Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and maintaining a high standard of quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of frontline staff and ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage the receipt and storage of deliveries, ensuring they are checked and stored promptly and correctly
  • Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary
  • Produce weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
  • Place orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
  • Delegating tasks to team members and ensuring they are proactive at all times
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on great customer service
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
