Job Title: Facilities Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of facilities staff and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly, maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
  • Assist with the creation of weekly rotas and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Place orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels and ensure that all equipment and supplies are available when needed.
  • Delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members as necessary, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
  • Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
