Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Facilities Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Southwark, London. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 staff members and ensuring the smooth running of the facilities management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain the facilities management system, with full training provided.
  • Supervise and train your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Raise quotes for various facilities projects, with training provided.
  • Arrange permits for accessing shopping centers.
  • Create monthly schedules for in-house engineers.
  • Run reports to keep everyone informed.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid background in retail facilities management and prior experience as a supervisor or manager. Our client offers competitive hourly rates ranging from £20 to £25, giving you the chance to earn a great salary while doing what you love.
