We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Office Manager to join our team at Frameless. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our venue, including the maintenance of our facilities and the management of our office areas.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our venue, including the coordination of refurbishments and repairs, and ensuring that all necessary health and safety protocols are in place.
- Office Management: Ensure that our office areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully functional, and that all necessary administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Health and Safety: Lead on internal safety audits and ensure that all necessary certifications and licenses are in place.
- Contractor Management: Supervise external facilities contractors and ensure that they are operating safely and to a high standard.
- Financial Management: Manage the maintenance budget and perform analysis and forecasting as necessary.
- Health and Safety Certifications: NEBOSH certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Facilities Management Experience: Proven experience in facilities management, including maintenance and upkeep of large venues.
- Office Management Experience: Proven experience in office management, including administrative tasks and budget management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
