Facilities Management Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing planned and reactive maintenance, as well as providing day-to-day operational support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to clients via telephone and email
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Allocate tasks to direct employed engineers or sub-contractors
Requirements:
- Punctuality and strong time management skills
- Strong team player with ability to cover breaks, annual leave, and sickness
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and MS Teams
