Facilities Coordinator

Hours: Various shift patterns - 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a temporary, ongoing basis. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for coordinating facilities management tasks, including building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate facilities management tasks, including building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Maintain accurate records of facilities-related expenses and invoices.
- Assist with space planning and office relocations to maximise efficiency.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and readily available.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities coordination or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office and facilities management software.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
