Job Title: Facilities Management Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing planned and reactive maintenance, as well as providing day-to-day operational support via telephone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage planned and reactive maintenance to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to our clients.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to issue purchase orders and ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Respond to facilities queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Allocate tasks to direct employed engineers or sub-contractors to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and MS Teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
