About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Facilities Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client services and ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of front-of-house services and ensure a positive experience for internal and external clients.
  • Oversee staff training and development, ensuring that all team members have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes as needed.
  • Recruit and train new team members, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
  • Assist with community investment and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of diversity and well-being within the organization.
  • Provide support to team leaders and oversee small internal projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, managing relationships and ensuring that work is completed to a high standard.
  • Manage team schedules and budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate reprographics operations and quality control, ensuring that all materials and documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Oversee archiving and deeds management, ensuring that all records are secure and easily accessible.
Requirements
  • Direct line management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • IWFM and ISOH Qualification desirable or willingness to work towards.
  • Previous experience ideally within a Team Leader or Facilities Manager position, preferably in a Legal/Financial Environment - Open to Luxury Hotel Management experience also.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to provide occasional out-of-hours assistance, as required.
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure in demanding environments.
