About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team in London. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client services and ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of front of house services, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff.
  • Oversee staff training and development, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, staff, and contractors.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, driving innovation and best practices within the team.
  • Recruit and train new team members, developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.
  • Assist with community investment and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of social responsibility.
  • Provide support to team leaders and oversee small internal projects, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Manage team schedules and budgets, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate reprographics operations and quality control, ensuring high-quality output and efficient processes.
  • Oversee archiving and deeds management, maintaining accurate and secure records.
Requirements
  • Direct line management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • IWFM and ISOH Qualification desirable or willingness to work towards.
  • Previous experience ideally within a Team Leader or Facilities Manager position, preferably in a Legal/Financial Environment - Open to Luxury Hotel Management experience also.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to provide occasional out-of-hours assistance, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure in demanding environments, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
