Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 2 direct reports, ensuring optimal performance across various high-profile accounts.
- Lead initiatives to achieve strategic and performance targets for client accounts, enhancing overall team productivity.
- Generate comprehensive monthly performance reports related to strategic and operational metrics.
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships while collaborating with various category management teams.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, specifically within facilities management, ideally in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services.
- Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen.
