The Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) is seeking a dedicated Facilities Operations Manager to enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 2 direct reports, ensuring optimal performance across various high-profile accounts.
  • Lead initiatives to achieve strategic and performance targets for client accounts, enhancing overall team productivity.
  • Generate comprehensive monthly performance reports related to strategic and operational metrics.
  • Maintain and develop supplier relationships while collaborating with various category management teams.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, specifically within facilities management, ideally in a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services.
