FM Conway is seeking a Night Operations Coordinator to oversee our Transport for London – HMPF contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating incidents and defects on the Transport for London (TfL) road network. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success with TfL, ensuring a seamless and effective approach to incident management and repairs. The role operates on a full-time, permanent basis during night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 on a 4 on 4 off schedule.

Key Responsibilities of the Night Operations Coordinator include:

- Responding to client inquiries and addressing their requests promptly and effectively.

- Escalating critical incidents to relevant internal and external stakeholders while providing regular updates throughout the incident.

- Dispatching the nearest incident response unit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for response times.

- Maintaining up-to-date records in both internal and client systems.

- Collaborating with Supervisors and operational teams.

- Offering general administrative support within the office environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

We are looking for candidates with a background in a similar role, adept at managing incidents and engaging with various internal and external stakeholders via phone and email. A keen attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation are essential. Experience in the highways or construction sector is preferred but not mandatory. Successful candidates will possess good IT skills, an organized approach, and experience in planning.
