About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workshop Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Documentation Management: Upload service documentation onto our fleet system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Meeting Coordination: Book meetings, take minutes, and resolve customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate and control the maintenance activity and servicing schedules for the workshop, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Visitor and Contractor Inductions: Conduct inductions for visitors and contractors, ensuring that they are aware of our workshop procedures and protocols.
  • Fleet File Management: Ensure that all fleet vehicle files are maintained and accurate on a daily basis.
  • Financial Administration: Carry out financial administration, invoicing, and raise purchase orders as required.
Requirements
  • Previous Administration Experience: We are looking for an individual with previous administration experience, preferably in a workshop or fleet management environment.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to work in a timely manner and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers.
