About Us: RECRUITMENTiQ collaborates with a specialized debt recovery firm that focuses on the construction sector, boasting exceptional success rates.
Our Services: We offer a tailored debt collection and dispute resolution service on a no win – no fee basis, catering to clients across the UK and Ireland.
Role Overview: Located at our Head Office, the Administrative Coordinator will primarily oversee a portfolio of outstanding debts while liaising with all account customers.
Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and diligent Administrative Coordinator to enhance our expanding team. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the successful candidate to provide essential support across various departments to ensure smooth operations. As the initial point of contact for our organization, it is crucial to uphold a positive company image.
Working Hours: This is a full-time role with working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4:30pm on Friday.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt to new software systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- A positive and approachable demeanor.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and managing internal communications at the reception area.
- Inputting cases into our specialized software system.
- Updating case information within the system.
- Performing data entry tasks.
- Generating weekly reports.
- Engaging with clients.
- Providing support for sales and collections.
- Preparing correspondence for mailing.
- Ensuring proper disposal of confidential documents.
- Carrying out general office tasks such as filing and ordering supplies.
