An exceptional opportunity exists for an Academic Administration Coordinator to become a vital part of the School of Geographical & Earth Sciences on a permanent basis.


In this role, the selected individual will play a crucial part in enhancing the student journey within the College of Science and Engineering. This will be achieved through collaborative efforts with the Learning & Teaching Team and academic faculty to deliver outstanding service.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for student-related processes and procedures. This includes offering information, guidance, and frontline assistance to prospective, new, and continuing students.

Additionally, support will be extended to academic personnel and colleagues engaged in the administration of taught programs, including program and course leaders.

This position is full-time (35 hours per week) and is offered on an open-ended basis.
