About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Academic Office Coordinator to join our team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our estate agency, you will be responsible for handling general administrative tasks, including communicating with clients, solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 1 year of office administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and case management
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
