Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our estate agency, you will be responsible for handling general administrative tasks, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers to ensure seamless transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and campaign coordination.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- 1 year of office administration experience, preferably in an estate agency setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages and case management software.
- Valid UK driving license.
