We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to our Business Development Manager, including handling sales support and office administration tasks.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of our product range and customer needs to provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Prepare quotes for customers and maintain accurate records in our system.
  4. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
  5. Provide administrative support for meetings, including meeting and greeting visitors, arranging meeting rooms.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in office administration or B2B administration.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
  3. Positive and flexible approach to work, with a solution-focused mindset.
  4. Experience using CRM or accounting software.

Competitive hourly rate: £11.44 Per hour.

Maximum 40 hours per week. Office hours Monday to Friday (no weekends).
