  • Assist with invoicing and financial administration, providing support to our finance team.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized, reflecting positively on our company culture.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
