Job Title:

Sales and Order Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Order Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Sales and Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
  3. Upsell products to customers and maximize sales opportunities.
  4. Track sales leads and enquiries to ensure accurate and updated records.
  5. Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders are processed within agreed timescales.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 12 months continuous experience in Sales/Customer Service Administration.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet targets and deadlines.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
