Sales Order Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Order Coordinator to join our team at Thales. As a Sales Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of sales orders.
Key Responsibilities- Process all customer enquiries and respond in a timely and professional manner
- Manage effective proactive and reactive communications with customers and internal stakeholders
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer enquiries and issues
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting systems and tools
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of service
- Accurately capture and process customer data and orders
- Release and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience in a customer-facing role or sales environment
