About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Academic Office Administrator to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd. As a key member of our estate agency, you will be responsible for handling general administrative tasks, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers
  • Provide administrative support to the estate agency team
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

Requirements:

  • 1 year of office administration experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and case management
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
