Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Academic Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction, advice, and coaching on program management, ensuring performance management and promoting compliance, and ensuring compliance with mandatory training and CPD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor program progress, clarify objectives, and integrate activities.
- Resolve issues and improve delivery performance.
- Report on program performance (time, cost, quality, safety).
- Contribute to approvals, budget planning, and financial cycles.
- Ensure effective use of program management tools and techniques.
- Organize workload effectively.
- Have knowledge of design intent for electrical infrastructure in high hazard industries, preferably nuclear.
- Lead virtual teams across functional, organizational, or geographic boundaries.
- Hold relevant Project and Programme Management qualifications.
- Commit to learning and using established project management methodologies.
